PRACTICE AREAS: Jesse provides comprehensive transactional guidance in all areas of commercial lending, real estate and business.

He represents lenders in a wide variety of transactions, including construction loans, bridge loans, and loans secured by hotels, multifamily properties, self-storage properties and ground leases.

Jesse also represents businesses in entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and all manner of real estate transactions.

 

 
 

Jesse is a skilled advocate for institutional lenders, closely held businesses, healthcare providers, and owners of commercial property. Jesse's practice is grounded in expertise and experience. His client relationships are built on trust and reliability.

 

 

Jesse began practicing law in 2006 as a business litigator in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  He became a full-time transactional lawyer when he returned to Oregon in 2010. Jesse joined McEwen Gisvold as an associate in June 2015 and became a partner in July 2017.  

Jesse has been selected as an Oregon Rising Star by Oregon Super Lawyers each year from 2013 through the present.

Jesse lives in the Portland area with his wife and daughter. He enjoys outdoor recreation, travel, and woodworking.
