PRACTICE AREAS: Jesse provides comprehensive transactional guidance in all areas of commercial lending, real estate and business.

He represents lenders in a wide variety of transactions, including construction loans, bridge loans, and loans secured by hotels, multifamily properties, self-storage properties and ground leases.

Jesse also represents businesses in mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and all manner of real estate transactions.

 

 
 

Jesse is a skilled advocate for institutional lenders, closely held businesses, healthcare providers, and owners of commercial property. Jesse's practice is grounded in expertise and experience. His client relationships are built on trust and reliability.

 

 

Jesse began practicing law in 2006 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  He returned home to Oregon in 2010 and joined McEwen Gisvold in June 2015.  

Jesse lives in the Portland area with his spouse and daughter. He enjoys woodworking, CrossFit, and traveling with his family.
