Kjersten joined McEwen Gisvold in 2008.  Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, legal malpractice litigation, and employment law. Kjersten represents business clients and individuals,  always seeking a practical resolution of issues.

Prior to entering private practice, Kjersten served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Malcolm F. Marsh in the United State District Court, where she received the Distinguished Service Award for her excellent service to the Court.  From 1999-2000, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael R. Hogan in the United States District Court of the District of Oregon.
