Erin Moak Lillis Erin’s expertise includes commercial real estate, complex real estate finance transactions, and general business law. Erin joined McEwen Gisvold as an associate in 2005. Representative Transactions Assisted in the representation as general counsel to a large mortgage lender and insurance company with respect to its lending activities in 48 states. Education Admitted to Practice Professional & Community Activities Co-Author, "Important Changes in the New ALTA 2006 Title Policy," May 2007 Speaker and Author, "Basic Estate Planning Theory and Practice," McEwen Gisvold LLP Seminar, 2006. Erin is an active member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and Oregon Women Lawyers. Erin serves on the Public Policy Subcommittee of the Consultative Council to Bishop Amat Memorial High School, and is a past member of the Service to the Public Committee of the Multnomah Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section. Erin also serves as an officer for the University of Notre Dame Club of Portland. |
