Alan M. Laster Partner
Alan has over 23 years of expertise in real estate transactions, general business and estate planning and administration. He represents a variety of clients from individuals and small businesses to large corporations. Alan frequently represents clients in multiple areas, coordinating their estate planning with their business and real property interests. He joined McEwen Gisvold as a partner in 2007. Representative Transactions Represented purchaser in the $30 million acquisition of two hotels from a national owner/operator Represented purchaser in the acquisition of a movie theatre complex Represented borrower in a $14 million refinance of a shopping center Represented seller of a mechanical engineering firm to a corporation with international operations Represented property owner in negotiating and implementing a ground lease to a national retailer in a portion of an existing shopping center Represented property owner in development of a shopping center involving shared site development costs Represented purchaser of a restaurant including obtaining liquor and lottery licenses
