Represented lender in multi-state mortgage foreclosure lawsuits where client recovered the full amount of its debt.

Pursued construction defect claims on behalf of homeowner client, who was awarded over $100,000 in damages as well as attorney's fees and costs incurred in the lawsuit.

Defended clients against claims for $1 million in damages in a dispute about the management of a related family-owned business.

Represented owner and developer of multiple commercial properties in private arbitrations and in state court concerning the management of the enterprise.

Obtained the return of clients' 40 acres of real property, which was their contribution in a real estate joint venture.
