Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & CLark College has named associate Trung Tu as the recipient of their 2008 Rising Star Award.  He is to be honored at the college's annual Distinguished Honors dinner in October 2008.

Partner Ray Streinz was recently chosen to represent the "Official Unsecured Creditors" Committee in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation. Columbia, a manufacturer of high quality, general aviation aircraft, is based in Bend, Oregon.  It had $90 million in sales last year, and has over $50 million in unsecured debt.
